In your search for a new home, you want to get the most up to date listing available.
What we will do is set up a search in our system based on the criteria you want in a house. Then, it will automatically email you all the houses listed on the MLS that fit within your specific criteria. Whenever a new house comes on the market or a price was adjusted, it will automatically send you an email.
Once you look at the list and you come up with the houses you would like to see, just let your agent know the addresses or the MLS #. Next, pick a date and time of when you are available to go look at those houses and your agent will call all the listing agents and setup the showings. Your agent will then arrange a house to meet at and both of you will go look at all the houses on your list. Typically when you go to the house, the homeowners will not be there, that way you can walk through and not feel pressured by them. Every once in a while a homeowner will be home. The important thing is to be completely honest with your agent with what you think about the houses so we know exactly what you like. This will give me a better understanding of what you’re looking for and I can narrow things down.
