Our preferred Realtors, do not charge buyers or sellers the $150-350 “Broker Administration” fee’s as many other companies do around town. They say a broker administration fee is for processing paperwork so they tack that fee on to you in your closing costs and act like that is a normal cost, but we see no reason to collect extra fees as our agents are compensated through the commission received.
